About Me
Six years. Hundreds of conversations. One unwavering belief: that every person has the capacity to heal, grow, and live a life that feels like their own.

“Healing takes courage.”
My Story
My journey into psychology began with a personal reckoning — a time in my own life when I needed support and discovered the profound power of being truly heard. That experience planted the seed for everything I do today.
After completing my Masters and M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology, I trained across hospital, community, and private settings — working with individuals navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship breakdowns, and life transitions.
Over six years, one thing has become clear to me: healing is not about fixing people. It's about creating the conditions — safety, trust, honest conversation — in which a person's own wisdom can emerge.
